Alex has immense knowledge of the ocean and a strong surf background. With both his lifeguard and dive master certifications, he shares his wealth of knowledge with every Cali Surf School student. He believes that everyone has what it takes to become a surfer and it is his promise to help guide you there.

Houtan is a true waterman with a background as a professional lifeguard, both ocean and pool. He has extensive knowledge in swim and competition coaching. His “can do” attitude helps ease new surfers as they take their first step into the ocean. He will have you surfing and smiling in no time!
